Talea is an architectural sanctuary where biophilic design meets timeless elegance, rising from the lush “Forest District” in Dubai Maritime City. With organic lines, vertical greenery, and flowing glass facades, the tower seems to grow naturally from its landscape — blurring the boundaries between structure and nature. Each curve, terrace, and surface is shaped to evoke serenity, light, and a sense of freedom, offering a rare balance between coastal living and immersive greenery in one of Dubai’s most forward-thinking communities.

Residences at Talea include 1- to 4-bedroom apartments and double-height penthouses, all designed to bring nature indoors.
